PT Pegasus Eco Karting invites ambitious individuals to apply for the position of Trainee & Operations Supervisor. Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily outlet operations across our karting venues, ensuring smooth guest flow and exceptional service.
- Coach and develop frontline teams, providing regular feedback, coaching, and structured development plans.
- Plan and conduct field audits to verify safety, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new hires and existing staff to uphold service standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and communicate insights to the Operations Manager for continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and safety gear to ensure high availability and compliance with safety policies.
- Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and support teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize guest experience and reduce downtime or errors.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in frontline supervision, outlet management, or related operations; experience with field audits or training is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to plan, deliver, and assess training programs; comfortable providing constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards; familiarity with health and safety regulations in a service environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and basic data analysis to track KPIs.
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Interest or experience in motorsports, entertainment, or hospitality is a plus and a team-player attitude is essential.
