Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing high-net-worth buyers in Pasig City and nearby areas.
- Present The Velaris Residences and other luxury offerings, delivering tailored property insights and value propositions.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to close, tracking activities in the CRM.
- Arrange and conduct property tours, accompany clients to site visits, and respond to questions in real time.
- Negotiate terms, prepare offers, and collaborate with internal teams to finalize sales.
- Provide post-sale support, referrals, and client care to maximize satisfaction and referral potential.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of real estate sales or client-facing roles in property industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet monthly targets.
- Willingness to work in Pasig City and surrounding Metro Manila areas, with a flexible schedule.
- Professional appearance and high level of integrity and customer service.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales workflows.
