Responsibility
- Deliver engaging early childhood education to preschool students in Kota Kemuning.
- Implement a play based, evidence informed curriculum to support early literacy, numeracy and social skills.
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse learners.
- Plan and deliver structured lessons with clear objectives and assessment techniques.
- Monitor and document children’s developmental progress, providing timely feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with families to support home learning and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to implement school-wide initiatives and events.
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene and wellbeing standards in accordance with local regulations.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching preschool or early childhood learners.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles, age appropriate pedagogy and classroom management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; good interpersonal skills with children and families.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and able to adapt to a dynamic classroom environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for after school activities and events.
- Knowledge of child safety, safeguarding and documentation requirements.
