Responsibility
- Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate lessons for primary grades (K-6).
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative methods.
- Establish and maintain a positive, respectful classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular programs and school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain open communication with families, providing timely feedback and support.
- Integrate ICT and interactive learning tools to enhance engagement.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualification
- A recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent).
- Full teacher registration or eligibility to register with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
- Previous primary teaching experience preferred, with a track record of inclusive practices.
- Strong classroom management and behavior guidance skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with students, families, and staff.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
