Responsibility
- Plan and deliver high quality, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and provide targeted support
- Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes to families
- Employ a range of engaging instructional strategies and integrate technology effectively
- Foster an inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, safety, and well being
- Collaborate with colleagues to design cross curricular projects and school initiatives
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and contribute to school improvement plans
Qualification
- Qualified teacher with relevant accreditation in the jurisdiction
- At least 2 years of primary teaching experience preferred
- Strong literacy and numeracy knowledge and ability to plan progressive lessons
- Excellent classroom management and behavior support skills
- Experience using digital learning tools and data driven instruction
- Effective communication with students, families and colleagues
- Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding practices
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment and collaborate actively
