Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to curriculum standards for primary grade levels.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners and modalities.

- Create an inclusive classroom culture that supports wellbeing and positive behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement programs across year groups.
- Engage families through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences.

Qualification
- Bachelor of Education or approved teaching qualification recognised in Australia.
- Current or eligible teacher registration with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting with a demonstrable impact on student learning.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with students, parents, and staff.
- Commitment to child safety and inclusive education principles.
- Proficiency with educational technology and data-driven instruction.
