Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons for students in Years 1–6.
- Assess student progress using diverse assessment methods and provide constructive feedback to students and families.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional support needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, resilience, and collaboration.
- Use data to inform planning and track student growth over time.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support remote or hybrid learning when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design cross-curricular projects and school-wide initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification recognized in Australia
- Australian Teaching Registration or eligible to obtain
- Experience teaching at primary level and a deep understanding of child development
- Strong classroom management and behavior guidance skills
- Excellent communication with students, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to inclusive education and differentiation
- Ability to integrate technology to enhance learning
