Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to accommodate diverse student needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Foster a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and respect.
- Actively communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress and well-being.
- Integrate technology and modern teaching methodologies into daily instruction.
- Participate in co-curricular activities, school events and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, review, and improve teaching strategies and outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Current registration with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
- Demonstrated classroom teaching experience with primary-aged children.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
- Proficient IT skills and experience with digital teaching tools.
- Passion for innovative, student-centered learning methodologies.
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) for NSW.
