Responsibility
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across core subjects for KS1/KS2
- Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to pupils and parents
- Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners
- Implement positive behaviour strategies and consistent routines
- Collaborate with colleagues, leadership, and specialists to support pupil development
- Differentiates instruction to meet individual needs, including EAL and SEND learners
- Integrate ICT and creativity to enhance learning and engagement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education or PGCE/QTS
- Qualified Teacher Status (UK) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching across KS1 and/or KS2
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to plan, assess, and differentiate instruction
- Experience using assessment data to inform teaching
