Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for primary students (Key Stage 1–2).
- Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet individual needs and learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.
- Utilize technology to enhance learning and digital literacy.
- Engage with families to support student wellbeing and achievement.
Qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant teaching subject
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment methods
- Proven classroom management and differentiation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
- Experience with inclusive education and safeguarding training (desirable)
