Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons across the primary curriculum for students in Kindergarten to Year 6
- Differentiate content, process, and assessment to meet diverse learner needs
- Assess and monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records
- Create an inclusive, safe, and positive classroom environment that promotes growth mindset
- Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and families to support student learning
- Integrate technology and evidence-based practices to enhance learning outcomes
- Contribute to school initiatives, assemblies, and co-curricular activities
Qualification
- Bachelor of Education or accredited teaching degree with eligibility for NSW teacher registration
- Current registration or eligible to register with the NSW Education Standards Authority (ESSA)
- 2+ years of primary teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learners
- Solid understanding of the NSW Curriculum and assessment practices
- Commitment to professional learning, collaboration, and community involvement
