Bright Horizons Education is seeking a passionate Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant campus in Sydney. You will deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences for students in Years 1 to 6, fostering curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning.

Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons across year levels 1 to 6.
- Differentiate instruction using evidence-based strategies to meet diverse learner needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress with formative and summative methods and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports wellbeing and curiosity.
- Collaborate with colleagues, inclusion teams, and parents; participate in PLCs and school improvement initiatives.
- Integrate ICT and digital tools to enhance learning while safeguarding student data and privacy.
- Establish clear routines, positive behaviour management, and a culture of respect and responsibility.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification recognized in Australia.
- Current teacher registration with the relevant Australian state or territory regulatory authority.
- Demonstrated experience teaching primary school students or successful practicum placements.
- Strong literacy and numeracy instruction skills with ability to differentiate.
- Knowledge of child protection, wellbeing, inclusion, and inclusive education practices.
- Excellent communication with students, parents, and colleagues; strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
