Job description
Join Micron’s Singapore engineering hub as a Principal Engineer focusing on wet process development for NAND memory devices. In this senior role, you will drive advanced wet chemistry and cleaning technologies used in wafer fabrication, deliver scalable process innovations, and partner with global teams to accelerate product performance, reliability, and yield. You will influence technology direction, own critical experiments, and mentor a team of engineers to push the boundaries of NAND memory manufacturing.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across process development, equipment engineering, and manufacturing to implement robust, high-yield wet processes for NAND devices. Your work will span process characterization, design of experiments, data-driven optimization, and tech transfer to high-volume fabrication. You’ll champion safety, quality, and environmental standards while delivering improvements that reduce cost of ownership and improve device performance. If you are a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, global semiconductor environment, this is a chance to shape the next generation of NAND technologies at Micron.
Micron is committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse workforce and provides opportunities for professional growth, cutting-edge projects, and exposure to global teams driving memory technology forward.
