Responsibility
- Maintain and validate referential data for financial instruments across global markets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with instrument setup and lifecycle updates, including status changes and data lineage tracking.
- Apply market data controls to ensure data integrity, timely updates, and alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with product, operations, risk, and technology teams to resolve data discrepancies and implement process improvements.
- Generate and review data quality reports, dashboards, and audit trails for internal stakeholders and regulators.
- Support onboarding of new instruments in referential systems and downstream data receivers.
- Document processes, data definitions, and governance rules to enable scalable operations and training.
- Escalate critical issues to senior teams and participate in root-cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, data management, or operations within a BPO or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, pricing concepts, and market data fundamentals.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data tools; basic SQL or data governance knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple datasets simultaneously, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Professional business English with strong written and verbal communication.
