Lumina Arts Collective seeks a dynamic Production Manager to lead our performing arts season in New York City.   • Lead safety compliance, risk assessment, and incident reporting across venues
  • Supervise stage management team and coordinate run crews for performances
  • Collaborate with education and outreach to align programs with community engagement goals
  • Develop post show reporting, archival documentation, and process improvements
  • Negotiate equipment and space rentals while maximizing efficiency and sustainability

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in theatre arts, production management, or related field
  • 3-5 years production management experience in theatre or live performance

  • Experience with health and safety compliance and risk assessment
