Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production line activities to meet output, quality, and delivery goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and regular performance feedback.
- Implement and maintain safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor production processes and equipment, promptly resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit accurate production reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or high-volume production environment, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality management systems, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with an aptitude for driving process improvements and handling operational challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with manufacturing software (MES/ERP systems is an advantage).
- Ability to work in shift patterns and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
