Responsibility
- Design and implement structured mentoring programs that align with organizational goals
- Recruit, screen, and match mentors and mentees for optimal learning outcomes
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for all program participants
- Track program progress through data management and regular reporting
- Foster a vibrant mentoring culture with events, communications, and engagement activities
- Address participant feedback and continuously refine program effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote program visibility and impact
- Stay current on mentoring best practices and integrate innovative approaches
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 3+ years professional experience in program coordination, mentoring, or talent development
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and fostering collaboration
- Comfort with digital collaboration and program-tracking platforms
- High degree of discretion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
