What you’ll do: officiate matches, enforce laws of the game, manage players and coaches, maintain neutrality and poise under pressure, and collaborate with match officials to ensure safe, compliant play.

Responsibility
- Officiate assigned matches in line with current laws of the game and league policies.
- Communicate decisions clearly to players, coaches, and spectators while maintaining control of the match.
- Enforce disciplinary measures consistently and record incidents accurately.
- Manage game tempo, position, and spacing; maintain physical fitness to perform required duties.
- Collaborate with other officials to ensure fair play and appropriate coverage on the field.
- Complete post-match reports and communicate any concerns to the assignor promptly.
- Engage in ongoing training and evaluations to improve performance and stay up-to-date with rule changes.
Qualification
- Active refereeing certification from recognized governing body (e.g., FA, UEFA, or MLS-style equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience refereeing youth and amateur-level matches.
- Excellent fitness levels with the ability to run up and down the field for full match duration.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Understanding of laws of the game and ability to apply them fairly under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and willingness to travel within London for assignments.
