Prime Learning Solutions is seeking a results-driven Professional Training Consultant to design, deliver, and optimize high-impact training programs for professionals across industries.
In this role you will combine instructional design, facilitation, and measurement to boost learner outcomes and business performance. You will partner with subject matter experts, business leaders, and learners to create scalable programs that empower teams to perform at their best.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design of professional training programs including needs analysis, learning objectives, content development, and assessments.
- Deliver engaging instructor-led sessions and live virtual workshops to diverse adult learners.
- Create and maintain eLearning modules using modern authoring tools and manage LMS content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to align programs with business goals and performance metrics.
- Measure training impact through analytics, feedback, and performance data; produce actionable reports for leadership.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Continuously improve programs through iterative design and data-driven optimization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- 5+ years in professional training, corporate learning, or instructional design.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and needs analysis.
- Proficiency with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage adult learners.
- Experience with LMS administration (Moodle, Cornerstone, etc) and learning analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed up to 25% of time.
