Join our dynamic professional training team as a Training Specialist in New York. You will design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning programs for corporate clients, equipping professionals with practical skills and measurable performance outcomes.
In this role you will collaborate with subject matter experts, align content with business goals, and leverage modern instructional design methods to create engaging learning experiences across in-person and virtual modalities.
Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging training curricula, job aids, and assessments for professional audiences.
- Lead needs analysis with clients and stakeholders to define measurable learning outcomes.
- Create and maintain modular content using best practices in instructional design and eLearning.
- Deliver live training sessions (in-person and virtual) and facilitate engaging group discussions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for multiple concurrent programs.
- Support the roll-out of learning management system (LMS) initiatives and track learner progress.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in corporate training, instructional design, or a related role.
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and client-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset; skilled in analyzing learning outcomes and reporting.
