You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create practical curricula that drive performance improvements and measurable business outcomes. Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver professional training programs for executives and staff across multiple industries.
- Conduct needs assessments, define learning objectives, and map programs to business outcomes.
- Lead engaging instructor-led sessions, virtual workshops, and coaching engagements.
- Create and maintain engaging e-learning content and microlearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline or Captivate.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance data; report ROI to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with SMEs, L&D partners, and clients to tailor content, timelines, and success metrics.
- Manage program logistics, scheduling, venue/virtual logistics, and participant communication.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional training, instructional design, or learning and development experience.
- Certification in training, coaching, or facilitation (e.g., CPLP, ATD) preferred.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Strong needs analysis, curriculum development, and measurement of learning outcomes.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% or availability for hybrid/remote options.
