As a Project Architect, you will shepherd projects from early concept through construction administration, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and rigorous quality control. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and in-house teams to translate complex programs into compelling architectural solutions.
Responsibility
- Lead design development and technical documentation for multiple projects from concept through construction administration.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet project goals on time and within budget.
- Develop BIM models and production drawings in Revit; deliver accurate 3D visuals and VR-ready presentations.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and design quality control; monitor risk and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor junior architects and CAD technicians; conduct design reviews and QA/QC sessions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and permit requirements; oversee construction administration and site visits.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited program; architecture license preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in an architecture practice with a portfolio of commercial, institutional, or cultural projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360; strong 3D modeling and visualization skills (Rhino/SketchUp).
- Deep knowledge of building codes, codes compliance, and construction documentation standards.
- Excellent design sensibility, communication, and client-facing presenting skills; ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; proficient in coordinating multiple project phases simultaneously.
