Join a leading architecture practice focused on sustainable, high-performance buildings. We are seeking a licensed architect or experienced designer to drive design quality and technical excellence on a diverse portfolio of commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects in the Seattle area.
As a Senior Architect, you will lead project design development, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure delivery from concept through construction documents. You will mentor junior team members, manage client relationships, and uphold our standards for aesthetics, code compliance, and performance.

Responsibility
- Lead architectural design development from concept through construction documents for multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to establish program, budget, and schedule.
- Develop and maintain BIM models (primarily Revit), 3D visualizations, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with codes, accessibility, and sustainability targets; integrate building envelope and systems strategies.
- Prepare design presentations, schematic layouts, and detailed construction documents for permit submittals.
- Oversee QA/QC, coordinate with consultants, and support construction administration.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio-wide design standards and best practices.
Qualification
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure in the United States; LEED or equivalent sustainability credentials a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, focusing on commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and related design software; strong 3D modeling and rendering skills.
- Solid knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and construction administration processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities; proven project leadership experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
