As a Senior Project Architect, you will work across concept through construction documentation, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and guiding junior staff to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy.
Responsibility
- Lead design development and documentation from concept through construction administration for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, specialists, and clients to align vision with feasible solutions.
- Direct the preparation of accurate construction documents, BIM models, and high-quality renderings.
- Mentor and manage project teams, ensuring design quality, schedule adherence, and budget awareness.
- Ensure compliance with codes, accessibility, and sustainability requirements; advocate high-performance design.
- Present design proposals to clients, review boards, and stakeholders; respond to feedback with clarity and urgency.
- Oversee construction administration, site visits, and field coordination to support successful project delivery.
Qualification
- Licensed Architect in the United States (or equivalent credential) with 8+ years of professional experience.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects from concept to construction.
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and skilled in modeling (Rhino/SketchUp) and visualization (Enscape, V-Ray).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, accessibility, and sustainable design (LEED or equivalent is a plus).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relations skills; ability to mentor junior staff.
- Portfolio demonstrating architectural excellence, innovation, and technical acumen in both residential and commercial sectors.
