Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept through construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define program, goals, and budgets.
- Develop design concepts, massing studies, and BIM models using Revit; produce high-quality drawings and documentation.
- Manage project documentation, specifications, and construction drawings with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee coordination with engineers and specialty consultants; conduct design reviews and quality control checks.
- Conduct site visits, respond to RFI's, and support construction administration and contractor coordination.
- Mentor junior designers and architects; foster collaborative design processes and deliverment of high-caliber work.
Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program; professional licensure preferred.
- 7+ years of professional experience in architectural practice with a portfolio of complex projects.
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and 3D modeling; strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino is a plus.
- Solid understanding of building codes, materials, systems, and construction detailing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with sustainability certifications (LEED, WELL) and urban design principles is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
