ArcNova Studio, a leading architecture practice focused on high-rise, commercial, and mixed-use developments, is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design development and project delivery.
In this role, you will mentor design teams, coordinate with consultants, manage client relationships, and steer projects from concept through construction documentation and administration.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and documentation for complex commercial and mixed-use projects from concept through construction.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align on program, budget, and schedule.
- Develop architectural concepts, massing studies, and design narratives that reflect site context and sustainability goals.
- Oversee BIM strategies, coordinate model collaboration, and ensure accuracy of drawings and specifications.
- Mentor junior architects and interns; review work for quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements while maintaining design integrity.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, managing revisions and approvals.
Qualification
- Professional architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program; licensure strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in architecture, with documented work on commercial/mixed-use projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper, and SketchUp; experience with BIM workflows (BIM360, Enscape).
- Excellent design sensibility, strong technical knowledge, and a track record of delivering high-quality construction documents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning, sustainability standards, and urban design best practices.
- Portfolio demonstrating concept to construction documentation for complex urban projects.
