We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design development, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive projects from concept to construction. Responsibility
- Lead design development from concept to construction documents for mid-to-large scale projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met on time and on budget.
- Develop and manage BIM workflows using Revit and related tools.
- Prepare and refine architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents in compliance with codes.
- Support sustainability strategies and LEED or other green building certifications.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate across disciplines to maintain design integrity.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders with clear visual communications.
Qualification
- Professional degree in Architecture (BArch, MArch or equivalent).
- 5+ years of professional architecture experience, with a strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper; experience with SketchUp and visualization tools.
- Solid knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with sustainable design and/ or LEED certification processes.
- US work authorization and licensure as an Architect is a plus.
