Responsibility
- Assist with project documentation, drawings, and progress tracking under the guidance of the project team.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and site visits; prepare meeting minutes and action trackers.
- Support procurement and vendor liaison, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with hotel standards and local regulations.
- Maintain filing systems and records, ensuring accurate version control of drawings and specs.
- Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, and change order administration.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and contracting teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare regular status reports and assist with commissioning and project close-out activities.
Qualification
- Educational background in engineering, construction, project management, or a related field (diploma or degree).
- 1-3 years of experience supporting construction or facilities projects, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools and CAD software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; Malay language skills are advantageous.
