Responsibility

  • Assist with project documentation, drawings, and progress tracking under the guidance of the project team.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and site visits; prepare meeting minutes and action trackers.
  • Support procurement and vendor liaison, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with hotel standards and local regulations.
  • Maintain filing systems and records, ensuring accurate version control of drawings and specs.
  • Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, and change order administration.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and contracting teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Prepare regular status reports and assist with commissioning and project close-out activities.

Qualification

  • Educational background in engineering, construction, project management, or a related field (diploma or degree).
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting construction or facilities projects, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools and CAD software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English; Malay language skills are advantageous.
