Join AdminEdge as a Project Coordinator for exterior restoration projects, with a focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, submittals, materials, and billing. This remote role serves a U.S. client and offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in the Philippines while aligning with US project timelines. In this role, you will be a central point of contact for project teams, ensuring that all documentation, procurement, and scheduling are executed on time and to the highest standards.
As an integral part of our construction operations, you will manage submittals, shop drawings, material orders, and RFIs; monitor project milestones; and collaborate with field crews, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain seamless workflows. You will also track budgets, process invoices, and maintain accurate records to support client reporting and project profitability.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee exterior restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones meet schedule and budget.
- Review and manage submittals, shop drawings, material orders, and samples; track approvals and changes.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, meeting minutes, change orders, RFIs, and client reporting.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of exterior materials; liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, process invoices, and assist with job costing and billing.
- Communicate effectively with U.S. clients and internal teams; prepare status updates and escalation when issues arise.
- Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; support field teams with on-site coordination as needed (remote support).
- Assist with scheduling, risk management, and coordination across multiple sites and time zones.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in exterior restoration.
- Strong understanding of submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, materials management, and billing processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Excel, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with U.S. clients and remote teams across time zones.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment; reliable internet and dedicated workspace.
