AdminEdge is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Project Engineer (Construction) to join our remote team supporting a U.S. client. This is a full-time opportunity based in Metro Manila with flexible, remote collaboration across time zones.
In this role, you will manage essential project documentation, coordinate RFI processes, support scheduling, and ensure seamless communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and the client. You will be an integral part of the project delivery team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution of construction initiatives for residential projects.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and track all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, drawing packages, and change orders.
- Maintain robust document control systems with versioning, storage, and audit trails to ensure information accuracy.
- Support project scheduling by monitoring milestones, updating schedules, and communicating variances or delays to stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear communication between owners, design teams, contractors, and internal departments to resolve design and construction issues.
- Assist with procurement support and budget tracking, ensuring alignment with the project budget and approved change orders.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and dashboards for the U.S. client, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and building codes relevant to residential construction.
- Utilize project management software to maintain accurate project data and generate status updates for leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project coordination or project engineering, preferably with residential projects.
- Strong document control and RFI management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and at least one project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, PlanGrid).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize documentation, and maintain data accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety standards and building codes relevant to residential construction; willingness to stay updated on regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong self-discipline and problem-solving skills.
