You will be accountable for delivering project documentation, coordinating with suppliers, conducting site visits, and supporting QA/QC processes to ensure project outcomes meet client expectations. This full time role is based in Singapore with potential site assignments in the North East region.
Responsibility
- Lead day to day project coordination, track milestones, and resource planning to ensure on time delivery.
- Assist with technical design reviews, value engineering, and documentation such as BOMs, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate procurement activities, supplier communications, and subcontractor scheduling.
- Monitor project budgets and costs, track spend against plan, and report variances to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and safety compliance checks to ensure quality standards.
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring smooth transition to operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (mechanical, electrical, civil, or multidisciplinary).
- 2+ years of experience in project engineering, construction coordination, or a closely related role.
- Strong technical aptitude with problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; experience with AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and travel within Singapore as needed.
