Responsibility
- Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to support coil manufacturing improvements.
- Collaborate with design, production, quality, and maintenance teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma.
- Develop, review, and control technical documentation (specifications, BOMs, test plans); ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
- Support equipment qualification, commissioning, and handover to operations; ensure safe, reliable performance.
- Drive risk assessments and implement mitigation plans; manage change control processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project or manufacturing engineering, preferably in metal coil or sheet metal processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in data analysis, root cause analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Experience with CAD tools, MS Office, and familiarity with ERP/MES systems; basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a dynamic environment.
