Join People Profilers as a Project Engineer (Civil) on a high-profile LTA infrastructure project. This role targets candidates with a PEB recognized Civil Engineering degree and hands-on experience delivering large-scale civil works. You will lead engineering activities on site, coordinate with design teams, ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and drive project delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibility
- Lead civil engineering activities for the LTA project, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to design intent.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and on-site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor construction activities to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets; manage site documentation and records.
- Supervise subcontractors and field personnel, enforcing safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals in line with project specifications.
- Prepare progress reports, change orders, and risk assessments for management review.
- Support commissioning, handover, and as-built documentation with accurate QA/QC records.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communications with client, authorities, and internal teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a PEB-recognized program; PEB recognition preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience, with exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience with LTA projects or similar civil infrastructure programs is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, QA/QC procedures, and safety standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software; familiarity with SAP/ETABS a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- PEB registration or eligibility to register is preferred; ability to obtain necessary clearances.
