You will lead cross-functional initiatives, liaising with operations, maintenance, and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The role offers exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and planning through commissioning and handover, with ample opportunities to develop technical and leadership capabilities in a dynamic, facility-focused environment.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise facilities projects from planning through commissioning in the West Region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and external contractors to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage procurement, subcontracting, and vendor relationships to secure quality materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and permit processes; oversee site inspections and quality assurance.
- Track project metrics, prepare status reports for stakeholders, and communicate risks and mitigations clearly.
- Facilitate handover activities, organize trainings, and integrate new assets into ongoing maintenance programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, building works, or construction project engineering.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with project management tools and MS Office; proficiency in scheduling and budgeting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
