We are seeking a proactive Project Executive to support residential construction projects in the East Region. This role blends client-facing coordination with on-site execution, requiring meticulous planning and clear communication to deliver exceptional results for homeowners.
The Project Executive will work closely with the Project Manager, site teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards. You will manage documentation, coordinate procurement, and provide transparent progress updates to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities on-site and at related sites in the East Region, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules.
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation; monitor progress and flag risks.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Track project milestones, document changes, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee safety and quality controls, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Maintain project documentation, procurement records, and warranties to support handover and warranty processes.
- Coordinate procurement activities, monitor deliveries, and ensure materials meet specification and timelines.
- Assist with project close-out activities, including final inspections and client handover packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or administration.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management software; familiarity with procurement processes.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in residential construction; ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the East Region and travel to project sites as required.
