We are urgently hiring for the position of Project In Charge at Kempal Construction & Supply Corporation in Makati City, Metro Manila. As the Project In Charge, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed successfully and within budget.
Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in project management in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
