Draco International is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our growing construction division. Based in Jakarta Raya, you will lead complex construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
As a key member of our project leadership team, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, procurement, and site personnel to define project scope, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders. You will champion safety, drive cost control, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. What you will do on a day-to-day basis includes coordinating with clients, consultants, and suppliers; tracking schedules and budgets; overseeing on-site construction activities; ensuring QA/QC compliance; and preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risk registers, and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost control measures to maximize value.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure closeout activities, including documentation, commissioning, and handover to operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and contract documents; experience with change management and risk assessment.
- Safety-focused mindset with understanding of QA/QC processes and regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as required for project deployments within Indonesia.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.
