What you will do on a day-to-day basis includes coordinating with clients, consultants, and suppliers; tracking schedules and budgets; overseeing on-site construction activities; ensuring QA/QC compliance; and preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risk registers, and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
  • Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost control measures to maximize value.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure closeout activities, including documentation, commissioning, and handover to operations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to read drawings, specifications, and contract documents; experience with change management and risk assessment.
  • Safety-focused mindset with understanding of QA/QC processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate as required for project deployments within Indonesia.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.
