Responsibility
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and adjust plans proactively.
- Prepare and present project reports to executive leadership and clients.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage subcontracts efficiently.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of industry software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- OSHA certification (preferred).
- PMP certification is a plus.
