Bayes is partnering with a well-established construction firm to recruit a highly capable Project Manager to lead complex main-contract works (A1 Main-Con) in Singapore. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of SGD 8,000 to SGD 11,000 per month and a clear path for career growth within a dynamic project environment. In this role, you will be responsible for steering the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from initiation through handover. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure objectives are met while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You will also drive stakeholder alignment, manage procurement and contracts, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership and clients.
- Lead end-to-end project management for main-construction projects, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including consultants, vendors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on design and construction goals.
- Oversee procurement, bid evaluation, subcontractor management, and contract administration; manage change orders effectively.
- Enforce strict safety, quality, and compliance standards; conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Provide timely reporting to senior management and clients; anticipate issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and lead project teams; foster a collaborative environment and ensure delivery excellence from site to close-out.
- Ensure smooth project close-out with as-built documentation, warranties, and final handover to client.

Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management, preferably on large-scale main-contract works (A1 level).
- Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project); knowledge of BIM is a plus.
- Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and safety standards applicable to Singapore construction sites (WSH Act, BCA guidelines).
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required and work in fast-paced environments.
