Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end project management for design, build, activations, and fit-out initiatives from initial planning to final handover.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control throughout project lifecycles.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, providing project updates and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential project challenges and delays.
- Ensure all projects comply with local codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports and documentation for internal and client review.
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing fit-out, design & build, or activations projects.
- Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software).
- Demonstrable expertise in budget preparation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
