Project Manager (M&E) - Electrical
StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Project Manager (M&E) - Electrical to lead and oversee electrical projects in the West Region of Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end project lifecycles across diverse sites, working from our Pioneer office with islandwide project engagements. Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturdays off).
Work Location: Pioneer (Office), with islandwide (Site) deployments.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple electrical M&E projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to align project specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project schedules, conduct site progress meetings, and track milestones to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee procurement of necessary materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle risk assessment, implement corrective actions, and drive resolution of site issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, variation orders, and claims.
- Ensure that all electrical works comply with statutory, legal, and quality requirements.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing electrical M&E projects, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- At least 3 years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of industry practices, codes, and government regulations applicable to electrical works in Singapore.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication ability to liaise with various stakeholders and influence project outcomes.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (an advantage).
