Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end project management for construction initiatives, from planning to closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and critical path analyses.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures to stay within approved limits.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; oversee site inspections and audits.
  • Lead project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications to keep leadership aligned.

Qualification
