StaffKing Pte Ltd is actively seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead high-impact construction projects in Singapore’s Central Region. You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from initiation and design coordination to procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe and compliant site environment. As a key leader on the project team, you will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and risk, and you will collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to align expectations and drive results. You will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress using established PM methodologies, and report performance to senior management. You will mentor junior staff, promote best practices in safety and quality, and ensure adherence to local codes and industry standards.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for construction initiatives, from planning to closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and critical path analyses.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures to stay within approved limits.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; oversee site inspections and audits.
- Lead project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications to keep leadership aligned.
- Mentor and coordinate project teams to build capability and performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction industry practices.
- Experience with scheduling and cost-control tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities across projects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, local codes).
- Certification such as PMP or equivalent is a plus.
