Join Elitez Group as a Project Sales Manager for premium flooring and building materials. Based in Surabaya, you will lead the development and execution of project-based sales strategies targeting residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-rise developments. You will work closely with developers, contractors, designers, and end-users to tailor solutions that combine aesthetics, durability, and value.
You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle: from demand generation and lead qualification to proposal development, pricing negotiation, and closing strategic projects. This role requires strong relationship building with developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers, plus cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery of premium flooring solutions. You will also drive customer satisfaction by coordinating installation timelines, quality control, and after-sales support.
Key outcomes include expanding our premium flooring footprint in target market segments, growing order values, maintaining healthy gross margins, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Responsibility
- Develop and implement project-based sales strategies for residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-rise segments in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
- Identify and secure large-scale flooring and building materials contracts with developers, contractors, and design firms.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and manage key accounts.
- Lead proposal development, bid management, and price negotiation to win premium projects.
- Collaborate with operations to coordinate product availability, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the premium flooring market.
- Advocate for customers, collect feedback, and ensure exceptional post-sale service to generate repeat business.
- Represent the company at industry events, fairs, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials or flooring, with a track record of closing multi-million-dollar projects.
- Strong network with developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers in Surabaya and East Java.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Highly developed presentation, negotiation, and closing skills; ability to articulate ROI and value propositions.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting tools; strong pipeline management.
- Strategic thinker with project management capability and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
