As a Project Supervisor based in Surabaya, you will lead on-site execution, collaborating with engineers, drafters, foremen, and subcontractors to transform plans into reality while maintaining safety and quality standards. In this position, you will be the bridge between field teams and management, ensuring that work aligns with design intent, specifications, and approved schedules. You will read and interpret working drawings from drafters, monitor progress, manage mapping of site conditions, and drive timely, cost-conscious delivery. A proactive mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment. While the primary assignment is in Surabaya, occasional relocation or travel to Bali may be required contingent on project needs.

Responsibility
- Review and interpret drawings and technical documentation from drafters to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
- Coordinate daily site activities with foremen and subcontractors to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
- Supervise on-site construction processes, manage materials, equipment, and safety practices, and enforce compliance with QA/QC protocols.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate site mapping, progress tracking, and reporting to the project manager.
- Identify and address on-site issues, risks, and changes, proposing corrective actions and documenting resolutions.
- Mentor and coach junior site staff, ensure ongoing safety training, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, dashboards, and cost-control information as required.
- Assist in project close-out activities, including as-built documentation and commissioning support.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a project or site supervisor in construction projects, preferably within Indonesia.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and related documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with foremen, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of site mapping, progress tracking, and basic surveying techniques.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and QA/QC processes on construction sites.
- Relevant certifications or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or related field; willingness to travel to Bali as required.
- Proficient in project management software and reporting tools.
- Fluent in Indonesian; good written and spoken English is an advantage.
