Private Advertiser is seeking a skilled PROJECTS SUPERVISOR to lead waterproofing and painting projects in Quezon City and surrounding communities. As the PROJECTS SUPERVISOR, you will oversee all phases of coating and waterproofing projects, from site assessment and material selection to execution, inspection, and final handover. You will coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of workmanship. You will lead on-site crews, subcontractors, and health and safety practices, implementing rigorous quality control to prevent defects and rework.
Your responsibilities include developing detailed project plans and schedules, supervising labor and materials, reviewing drawings and specifications, and managing change orders. You will monitor progress, track expenditures, prepare progress reports, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to project delivery and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibility
- Lead planning and execution of waterproofing and painting projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, assign tasks, monitor progress, and enforce safety standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, and quality control plans; approve materials and workmanship.
- Manage project schedules, allocate labor and materials, monitor progress against milestones, and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, suppliers, and internal departments; provide regular progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes; oversee defect prevention and punch list closure.
- Manage budgets, change orders, and cost control; track expenditures and maximize value.
- Ensure thorough documentation, permits, safety records, and comprehensive handover packages upon project completion.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision, with proven exposure to waterproofing and painting projects.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, coatings, surface preparation, and application methods; solid quality control experience.
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and project documents; proficiency with project management tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills; ability to manage on-site teams and coordinate with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities; strong safety orientation.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and safety standards; OSHA training is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to sites within Metro Manila as needed.
