Promotor (Merchandiser Retail) at Wismilak
Wismilak is seeking a proactive Promotor (Merchandiser Retail) to join our sales team in Cianjur, West Java. This full-time role focuses on driving product sales, expanding brand presence, and ensuring exceptional in-store execution across retail outlets and traditional shops. You will be the frontline ambassador, delivering compelling promotions and maintaining strong relationships with store staff and management. Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets and traditional shops (kelontong) to drive product sales and execute promotional activities.
- Set up and maintain compelling merchandizing displays, shelf layouts, and point-of-sale materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and promotional KPIs by executing planned activities and tracking performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with store personnel, providing product knowledge and promotions information.
- Collect field data on stock levels, product visibility, promotions compliance, and competitor activity; report findings to the sales team.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing for timely promotions, pricing updates, and campaign execution at outlets.
- Ensure accurate pricing, promotion details, and product availability across assigned outlets, and escalate issues as needed.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred; experience in retail merchandising or field promotions is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with store staff and management at all levels.
- Willingness to travel within the Cianjur area; valid driver's license is preferred.
- Excellent numeracy and data collection skills; comfortable using mobile devices for reporting.
- Fluent in Indonesian; basic English for product information is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with strong time-management.
