We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio in Dallas, TX. You will drive leasing, maintenance, and financial performance to maximize occupancy and profitability. This is a client-facing, data-driven role with growth opportunities within a premium property portfolio.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations for a multi-property portfolio, ensuring high occupancy and exceptional resident satisfaction.
- Coordinate leasing activities, showings, tenant screening, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
- Manage vendor relationships, maintenance scheduling, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Develop and monitor operating budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Enforce lease terms, collect rent, and address delinquencies with a compliant process.
- Ensure property compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and ESG initiatives.
- Lead marketing initiatives to attract high-quality tenants and improve property performance.
- Collaborate with asset managers, owners, and property teams to maximize value.
Qualification
- 3+ years of property management or related real estate experience, preferably in multifamily or commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of Texas landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and tenant relations skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional certifications (CPM, CAM, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, organization, and time-management in a fast-paced environment.
