Acme Realty Partners, a premium property management firm, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties in Austin, TX.
As a Property Manager, you will ensure exceptional tenant experiences, maximize asset value, and lead a small team of on-site staff and vendors. This role combines operations, leasing, and financial stewardship in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibility
- Oversee day to day property operations for assigned assets, including maintenance coordination, safety, and vendor relationships
- Lead leasing efforts including showings, screening, renewals, rent collections, and vacancy reduction
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Supervise on site teams and contracted vendors to deliver high service levels
- Maintain property standards, enforce leases, and manage resident relations programs
- Plan and execute capital projects and preventive maintenance programs to protect asset value
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and reporting requirements to ownership
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of property management experience, multifamily preferred
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and variance analysis skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local regulations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage and motivate teams and vendors across multiple properties
