Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned properties, including leasing, inspections, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and financial reporting; ensure compliance with local laws.
- Coordinate maintenance, preventive maintenance programs; supervise on-site staff and contractors.
- Develop and implement property marketing plans to minimize vacancies and maximize occupancy.
- Ensure tenant relations are responsive and professional; handle complaints and conflict resolution.
- Monitor budgets, approve expenditures, and optimize operating expenses.
- Enforce safety protocols and property compliance; coordinate with property owners and stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of property management or leasing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local leasing laws, fair housing, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium) and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple properties, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
