Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day property operations for a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial assets.
- Coordinate leasing activities, rent collection, inspections, and move-ins/move-outs.
- Manage vendor selection, contracting, and performance to ensure timely, cost-effective maintenance.
- Monitor budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditure planning; prepare regular financial reports for owners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and risk management across all properties.
- Foster proactive tenant relations, respond to inquiries, and resolve conflicts to maximize retention.
- Implement property performance improvement initiatives to optimize occupancy and NOI.
Qualification
- 3+ years of property management or asset management experience in a related portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
- Property management certification (RPM, CAM, CPM) or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with property management software (Yardi, Buildium, AppFolio) and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as in a team.
